Expert Psychiatry & Adult Mental Health Services in Northern Ireland
Healing begins here
At Mirabilis Health we work from the understanding that many mental health challenges stem from unresolved trauma — we specialise in approaches that address the underlying causes of distress, not just the symptoms. Our aim is to help people safely process these experiences in order to find stability, heal, and grow.
We provide specialist psychiatric and mental health assessments, diagnoses, and tailored treatment plans for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. Our team of experienced consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, psychiatric nurses and therapists are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that helps individuals regain control of their mental well-being.

Seeking support? Our team are here to help.
Our Approach & Therapies
At Mirabilis Health, we have developed a suite of treatment options designed to create a tailored response to your unique needs. Grounded in the latest research, our trauma-informed approach means that we view disorder in a person’s life as an attempt to adapt to their lived experience.
By using therapeutic tools our team will work with you to help you process and bring meaning to these experiences and resolve your current challenges.
Our four main approaches to therapy:

“An individual having unusual difficulties in coping with his environment struggles and kicks up the dust, as it were. I have used the figure of a fish caught on a hook: his gyrations must look peculiar to other fish that don’t understand the circumstances; but his splashes are not his affliction, they are his effort to get rid of his affliction and as every fisherman knows these efforts may succeed.”
