Who We Are

Our hope is that this environment will foster a space of deep safety, connection and community for anyone seeking greater meaning and balance in their lives.

We are a dedicated team of psychiatrists and therapists with deep experience in trauma-focused care. We work from the understanding that many mental health challenges stem from unresolved trauma—and we specialise in approaches that address the underlying causes of distress, not just the symptoms. Our aim is to help people safely process these experiences in order to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

Clinical Team

The multidisciplinary team at our institute have many years of clinical experience and many teach these talking therapies at university level, and publish academic research papers.

Each of our therapy team is trained in one or more of the Gold Standard Approaches approved by the World Health Organisation, including Trauma-focused CBT, and EMDR. All our treatment approaches follow evidence-based practices as advised by the NICE guidelines and current research.
