Explore a new path in mental health.
At Mirabilis Health, we're advancing clinical research in psychedelic-assisted therapy for conditions like PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

“Receiving care from Mirabilis has been life-changing. They provided a safe, supportive space where I felt heard and understood. I’m truly grateful for their compassion and professionalism”
“Taking part in research at Mirabilis has been an exceptional experience from the start. The team is not only professional but deeply compassionate—fostering a sense of trust, understanding, and genuine care. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt at ease, fully supported, and truly seen. It’s rare to find a place where the quality of service is matched by the warmth of human connection. In many ways, Mirabilis has felt like a home away from home.
In a world of questions, Mirabilis offered not just answers—but belonging.”
“During my time at Mirabilis Health, I received outstanding care and support from both the counselling team and the medical staff involved, in both 1 to 1 sessions and the clinical trial. The environment was professional, compassionate, sensitive, and I felt genuinely heard and respected throughout my treatment. The counsellors are highly skilled in working with PTSD and provided a safe space where I could begin to process trauma. The team overseeing the medical trial demonstrated exceptional diligence, empathy, and communication, ensuring I was fully informed and supported at every stage. Their combined efforts significantly contributed to moments of stability and peace, which I didn’t think was possible and I remain deeply grateful for their dedication and expertise. I will always be thankful for being involved and having the experiences.”

Clinical trials can offer access to innovative new treatments before they’re widely available. While there’s no guarantee of personal benefit, many participants find the process valuable—sometimes life-changing.
By taking part, you’re also helping to advance the science of mental health. Your involvement could pave the way for better treatments for others in the future.
-
We focus on therapies for trauma and mood-related conditions. Our most recent trial — IMPACT-1— was a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 study evaluating a a rapid-acting neuroplastogen developed by Transcend Therapeutics to treat PTSD.
More studies are on the way—and we’re building a growing community of individuals and ready to be part of them.
